Soulo Experiences is for those who are curious about traveling solo, and excited to learn from an experienced guide and intuitive coach. Perhaps you’ve been interested in solo travel or getting a glimpse at what it’s like to be a nomad or expat living in another country.
This is not a relaxation retreat although there will be space for that.

I live a bold, unconventional life as a nomad, and have been traveling my whole life — as a child traveling all over the U.S., and internationally since 2004, when I studied abroad in Vienna, Austria. My adventures have led me to nearly 50 countries and inspired me to begin solo traveling in 2018. Since 2018, I have traveled solo to 22 countries across 6 continents and modeled in 11 international photoshoots as part of my mission to support local photographers, designers, and stylists. Former realtor in São Paulo. Tired of the stressful day-to-day life and the lack of quality of life, I decided to take a trip along the north coast and ended up not returning. Currently living in Maresias.
I turned my favorite hobby into my new profession after joining the team at Maresias Tur - a reference ecotourism agency in São Sebastião. There I acquired and developed notions of guide and total experience with photos of tourism and landscapes bringing this look to the rehearsals, in addition to discovering incredible trails and places to photograph.

Check out at the hotel - Breakfast and amazing hike in Cantareira State Park - Pedra Grande Nucleus. This place has a belvedere with the most beautiful view of the entire city of São Paulo. Then we will have lunch and head to Ilhabela - check in at Templo do Ser - intention setting session + group dinner.

The purpose of this starting point in São Paulo is to offer you the opportunity to feel the flow of energy that each place offers, and to show you that this will happen in different types of situations when you are in your own soulo experiences. This will open paths for adapting your journey, as well as offering contrast and a surprise experience in your itinerary!

common questions
1. How many people is the Soulo Experience for? This will be an intimate experience with a maximum of 6 people. I am anticipating 4 people and will receive up to 6.
2. I don't know what my heart is calling me to. Can I still apply? Yes! You may not know exactly what you are being called for, but you feel that a change is needed. There is a stirring in your heart for something more, new or different. This Soulo Experience will help you gain clarity on what you are being drawn to. You don't need to know exactly what it is, you just need to say YES to the possibility.
3. I have never traveled outside the United States or to South America. What can I expect? First, take a deep breath. Whatever your mind is making up about traveling to a faraway land is just a story. Breathe. It can be intimidating to travel to new countries and continents, especially when there is a language barrier. Although Brazil is a big country, the people, culture and environment are extremely welcoming. Your airport transfers to and from the airport will be arranged once you arrive in Brazil so that you are not alone. And you will be with me and some amazing locals that will guide your journey. I've been traveling
internationally for nearly 20 years and have spent the last 5 years solo traveling all over the world. Together we will get to know this beautiful place and you will leave feeling so confident and proud of yourself for coming!
4. How much will the flights cost? If you come from the USA, the average can vary between $650 and $1200 (a little more or less depending on where you come from and whether you are checking bags or not). I can help you find the best option that works within your budget, as well as support you if you have airline miles or credit card points to book the best deal.
5. Will all experiences be photographed? Yes, we want these moments to be internalized and therefore all experiences will be photographed, in addition to special 1:1 sessions during the external attractions of our retreat.
6. What is not included in the retreat? Air tickets, food outside the Temple, food on your free day, tours or transportation outside the retreat and on your free day, photos outside the activities and on your free day.
